Abortion information.
Women are led to believe that you cannot succeed if you get pregnant, that you cannot have a career, that you cannot go to school, that you have to choose between yourself or your baby. You are led to believe that abortion is the only choice to be free. ABORTION IS NOT THE ONLY CHOICE and instead of freedom, you can have an emptiness filled with sadness, pain, depression, dysfunction, drugs, alcohol abuse, and there are other risks to your well being.
At St. Gianna’s we believe women are strong and capable of taking care of themselves, their schooling, their career and their baby. Pregnancy is temporary. If you are pregnant and don’t know what to do, hang on! Come talk to us to make a choice for life and experience the joy of that life that will fill your heart. We are here to help you make a decision you can live with, and we will help you with everything you need to welcome your child and beyond.
If you are pursuing abortion information we can provide information about the various abortion procedures and the associated risks. Please call us to be informed – we do not ever want any woman to say, “I didn’t know, I wish someone had told me.”

Abortion Healing
Listen to one woman’s testimony:
Abortion is not a natural response of a mom to her child. I know that now, but it took 37 years after my abortion, 37 dysfunctional years. I was told my problem (pregnancy) would be solved by abortion and would go away and life would then be the same again. Nothing is further from the truth. Once you’re a mom life is changed no matter what. I went to the doctor, they did not tell me it was a baby, they said it was just a blob of tissue. I was alone and scared. My life changed for the worse that day after my abortion. Funny thing is that I thought I was ok. But down deep I always knew something was just not right. One day God woke me up to the reality of so many years of dysfunction in my life – relationship problems, self-esteem problems, drug and alcohol abuse and always a deep, deep searching for wholeness. I was searching to be me again and I didn’t know why I was changed. But I now know that I broke that day of my abortion. I got married some many years after my abortion. After the birth of my first child I developed a physical pain that literally felt like a hole in my heart. I begged God, “what can fill that hole.” I started watching TV Evangelists, I had to start somewhere. It turned out it wasn’t a what that I needed to fill that hole, but a “who” that would fill that hole – God. I have since attended an abortion healing retreat, went to confession and I have a passion to work in the pro-life movement. God has used all my pain and emotional trauma for good. I will help other women from not making my mistake of abortion. Women deserve better, women deserve the truth . Anonymous
