St. Gianna sponsors free limited ultrasounds. The ultrasound is done on the Mobile Ultrasound Van by a licensed nurse and Certified Sonographer. All Ultrasounds are read by a medical doctor, are done to confirm a viable intrauterine pregnancy, cardiac activity and estimated gestational age. Depending on the gestational age of your baby, you may see your baby’s arms, legs, head, or even baby sucking his or her thumb!
